Policies

The first session for a new client is pre-paid and due at the time of booking. Follow-up sessions are paid on the date of service.

Payments Accepted: Credit /Debit card, Cash, Check, Venmo, Zelle/Quickpay, and company sponsored Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) / Health Spending Accounts (HSA). Rolfing® is not covered by standard health insurance.

Credit card / debit cards transactions incur a 3.5% + $0.15 fee.

Series Sessions are to be paid in full and they are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

No-Show & Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your session, please do so 24 hours in advance so that your practitioner can waive the session cancellation fee. Fees for an appointment cancelled within 24 hours will be forfeited, charged in full, and it is to be paid at the time of cancelation. A credit card will be held on file for all clients. Thank you for your understanding.
