Rolfing® Integración Estructural con Elías

Policies:

• New Client Sessions require a $65 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit goes towards the payment of your first session.

• Payments can be made by calling Elias directly.

• There are no refunds on new client first sessions or other pre-paid sessions. 

• Follow-up sessions are paid on the date of service. They can be paid by the following methods: Credit /Debit card, Cash, Check, Venmo, Zelle/Quickpay, and company sponsored Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) / Health Spending Accounts (HSA). Rolfing® is not covered by standard health insurance.

• Credit card / debit cards transactions incur a $5 fee per 60 minute session and a $7 fee per 90 minute session depending on the credit card being used. 

• Series Sessions are to be paid in full and they are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

• No-Show & Cancellation Policy:  If you need to cancel your session, please do so 24 hours in advance so that your practitioner can waive the session cancellation fee. Fees for an appointment cancelled within 24 hours will incur a $65 fee, and it is to be paid at the time of cancelation. Three (3) cancelations (within the 24 hour time period) in a calendar year will incur a fee in the amount of the session cost.

•  A credit card is to be held on file for all clients. 24 hour cancelations will be charged automatically with this card. 

• If you are running late for a session, contact Elias as soon as you are able to by phone.
