Session 1: Better Breathing
Often described as a breath of fresh air—literally and figuratively—Session 1 focuses on opening the ribcage, diaphragm, shoulders, and upper body to improve breathing capacity. This session also begins to address the hips, spine, and legs to support the changes above.
