Cancellation Policy
Sessions for a new client and returning clients are pre-paid and due at the time of booking through online booking. Payments Accepted In-Person: Cash, Check, Venmo, Zelle/Quickpay, and company sponsored Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) / Health Spending Accounts (HSA). Rolfing® is not covered by standard health insurance. **No-Show & Cancellation Policy** To ensure the highest level of care and availability for all clients, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. For new clients booking their initial session, all scheduling changes must be made directly through Elias. His contact information will be provided in your automated booking confirmation email. Please check both your inbox and spam folder upon booking. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled session will incur a $75 cancellation fee, equivalent to the reservation deposit. Thank you for respecting the time and preparation dedicated to your session.
